How do I report a lost or stolen card?

Call our toll free number (800) 510-1314 and speak to our Customer Service representative. Your account number will be cancelled immediately once you have reported the loss or theft, so be sure to report as soon as you notice that the card is gone. You will not be able to use that First Debit Gold Discover Network card again. Upon proper documentation and a request by you, a new card will be sent to you. You are responsible for the costs of card replacement and delivery.

When are your customer service representatives available?

First Debit Prepaid Discover customer service representatives are available by calling (800) 510-1314 Monday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Central Standard Time. You can also access your account balance or transaction history, report your card lost or stolen, pay bills by phone by calling the First Debit Prepaid Discover toll-free account information line at (800) 510-1314.

How soon can I get a replacement card if mine is lost or stolen?

We can send you a replacement card regular mail or overnight delivery. You are responsible for the costs of card replacement and delivery.

Can I change the PIN number or User Password on my card from the one originally assigned to me?

Yes. You must login to your card account at www.firstdebitgold.com.  Once logged in, select the "Profile" button.  Then select either "Change ATM Password" of Change User Password" to select a new number.

I cannot use my card, what is the problem?

You must make sure that you have activated your card in order to use it, and that you have enough money in your account to cover the amount of the transaction plus the associated transaction fee. One of the First Debit Gold Discover Network cards comes with a label. Call the toll free number on the label to activate your card. It just takes a minute.

What happens if I forget or lose my Internet password?

Just call Customer Service and we will take you through the steps needed to get back into the website!

What do I do if I have questions about my account activity?

Contact Customer Service at (800) 510-1314.

If my account is closed out, how do I get the funds back left on the account?

Please call Customer Service and they will provide you with instructions.

Who pays for the delivery cost if I have to get a new card?

You pay for the delivery cost for a new card.

Can I have more than one First Debit Gold Discover Network card?

No.

Which browser works best for your website?

The First Debit website is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher and Netscape Navigator 6.0 or higher.
