Who can get a First Debit Gold Discover Network card and how old do you have to be?
In compliance with the USA PATRIOT Act and other laws, if you are a U.S. resident over 18 (for ages 13-17 we will need parental consent and parents SS# and DOB; age of majority rules apply by state) with a valid social security number and a verifiable physical address (no P.O. boxes or A.P.O. addresses) to open an account and order a card.
